The IontoPatch^® was successfully introduced into the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Market in the United States in April 2001, distributed by Smith & Nephew Rehabilitation, and is eligible for billing under the existing iontophoretic code. The product line is currently distributed to the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Markets in the U.S. by the National Medical Alliance (NMA).

The Company has recently developed a product line extension, IontoPatch SP, designed to treat conditions involving the hand, fingers, wrist and feet. IontoPatch SP was introduced in the third quarter of 2002.

International

The Company received ISO certification and was granted the CE mark in October 2001. European market introduction of the IontoPatch commenced in May of 2002 and initiatives are underway in Latin America, Australia, the Caribbean and Canada. The Company is currently seeking and assessing appropriate international distributors and distribution opportunities.
